Our “cooperative consulting” approach therefore draws on consulting approaches such as whole system discovery¹, distributed change leadership, coalition building, and the values of the cooperative movement. We work directly with you, your managers, staff, and other stakeholders to define problems, articulate your desired future, outline the alternatives, and collectively agree a course of action. This approach creates the capacity for your organisation to make better strategic decisions and conduct your own analyses in the future.
